After smashing a Mini-Cooper into the back of another car, AnnaLynne McCord – who was driving the Cooper, is getting sued by her victim. The accident happened nearly 2 years ago on the streets of L.A and the victim claims that he suffered major injuries in the accident as he needed serious medical attention: surgery to fix his neck, back and shoulder.
According to the lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court — the other driver is suing for unspecified damages … including wage loss and medical expenses.

Rumors are that Lindsay Lohan might go to jail for more then one year for allegedly stealing a necklace. The fun part is that she can go to jail without a trial, TMZ reports:
After doing some investigating, we discovered the D.A. could drop the felony grand theft case completely. But that wouldn’t end Lindsay’s legal woes — not by a long shot.
Prosecutor Danette Meyers could go back to court and ask the judge to violate Lindsay’s DUI probation … on grounds she stole the necklace.
The judge in the probation case could then hold a hearing — without a jury — to determine if Lindsay did indeed pilfer the jewelry.

Lady Gaga took her incubating very seriously ahead of her egg-encased arrival at the Grammys on Sunday. “I was in there for about 72 hours,” Gaga told Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday. “It was a very creative experience. It was time for me to really prepare and think about the meaning of the song.”
The song in question was the debut of “Born This Way,” a cut off her album of the same name, which drops in May.

Rumors are that Pam Anderson is so desperate and so broke that she is going to sue her ex-boyfriend, Laurence Hallier for 1 Million dollars, as he promised her a new condo in his development. Really, Pam how can you be so naive… don’t you know that guys, would say anything just to have a chance on you? From the Daily Mail:
According to court documents, Laurence Hallier, a real estate tycoon who dated Anderson back in 2006, promised her a condominium in a new Las Vegas development he invested in. In return she would help publicise the luxury building – The Panorama Towers.
Anderson claimed he told her that if the development was delayed in anyway she would be given $1million in cash and when the project fell behind, she never received her payment. Anderson filed a federal lawsuit this week with the Los Angeles Superior Court asking for the $1 million fee to be paid.
The couple are said to have dated on and off for several years, finally ending their fling last year.

As you may know Halle Berry gave up a movie role to fight for the custody of her child, Nahla. It seems her ex husband Gabriel Aubry was trying to block Halle Berry from going to NYC to shoot “New Year’s Eve” but after hearing arguments this morning from both sides the judge gave Halle the green light to travel to New York with her kid, TMZ reports:
Halle’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, tells TMZ, “We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue. The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue.”
Hersh added, “Halle is very pleased with the judge’s order.”
We’re told Halle is going to NYC soon, but not this week.
As for Gabriel, he has withdrawn his custody petition — which is public — but he’s continuing his war by filing a paternity action. Paternity cases are not open to the public.
Also, Halle Berry will be playing another character in the movie, as she won’t take back the role that was given to Katherine Heigl. Can’t wait to see Halle on the big screen again!
