Tony Hawk Is Getting Divorced

For all the Tony Hawk’s fans out there you should know that he is getting the papers ready for a divorce.  TMZ reports:

Tony and soon-to-be-ex-wife #3 Lhotse Merriam released a statement to People.com saying, “We remain deeply committed and loving parents to our daughter, and out of respect for that responsibility we ask that people honor our family’s privacy during this important time of transition.”

Tony filed the docs Friday in San Diego. The two have been married since 2005 — they have one child together.
