Kate Moss’ boyfriend has banned her from singing
The supermodel has state-of-the-art karaoke systems installed in both her UK homes but The Kills rocker Jamie Hince has told his lover she needs to cutdown on her favourite hobby because he finds it distracting.
A source said Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “When she’s not working, Kate likes nothing more than getting some pals over to her place after lunch, cracking open a couple of bottles and then singing to her heart’s content.
“But Jamie is getting a little tired of the lengthy sing-a-longs and has now told her that she can only rock the mic for just half an hour a day.”
Kate is so determined to enjoy her singing sessions she even tried to have Daisy Lowe banned from a recent PlayStation 3 Singstar – a karaoke computer game – party because of her ongoing feud with the model’s socialite mother Pearl Lowe.
A source at the bash told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “Daisy arrived with her stepdad Danny Goffey, who’s married to Daisy’s mum Pearl Lowe.
Unfortunately, Pearl and Danny are persona non grata with Kate and herfriends after she wrote her book exposing their clan.
“Daisy’s done nothing wrong but organisers thought it best she stay outside as Kate was expected. Danny was immediately turned away but Daisy was eventually let in.”
