Lindsay Lohan Denied From Party

Rumors are that lately nobody wants Lindsay Lohan around, of course these are just rumors. A real fact however is this: Lindsay Lohan showed up to a private party on Friday night at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood, but was promptly asked to leave the party as nobody wanted her there. According to Pacific Coast News, she then immediately left the venue through the garage. It seems everyone is turning their backs on Lindsay Lohan, but with a reputation like her that’s pretty much what i was expecting!

Lindsay Lohan Might Go To Jail Without Trial

Rumors are that Lindsay Lohan might go to jail for more then one year for allegedly stealing a necklace. The fun part is that she can go to jail without a trial, TMZ reports:

After doing some investigating, we discovered the D.A. could drop the felony grand theft case completely.  But that wouldn’t end Lindsay’s legal woes — not by a long shot.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers could go back to court and ask the judge to violate Lindsay’s DUI probation … on grounds she stole the necklace.

The judge in the probation case could then hold a hearing — without a jury — to determine if Lindsay did indeed pilfer the jewelry.

Now here’s the big problem for Lindsay.  In a criminal case, the D.A. must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt — in other words, convincing a jury that there’s a 98 to 99% chance that she did the deed.

But in a probation violation case, all the judge has to decide is that it’s more likely than not that she stole the jewelry — in other words, that there’s a 50.1% chance she did it.

Sources connected with the D.A.’s office tell us … prosecutors believe they could ask for more than 1 year in jail if the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation.

And one final piece of bad news. It’s very possible if the D.A. dismissed the grand theft case, the probation violation matter would go back to Judge Elden Fox in Beverly Hills, who has totally lost patience with Lindsay.

Shawn Chapman Holley, the Lawyer

TMZ has learned that Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer, by her name Shawn Chapman Holley, just went to visit the L.A. Country District Attorney’s Office to try and convince the prosecuters why Lindsay Lohan should not be charged for allegedly stealing a necklace from a L.A. jewelry store. It seems Holley met with prosecutors Danette Meyers and John Lynch.

Lindsay Lohan Escaped Rehab

Radar Online reports that Lindsay Lohan tried to escape rehab earlier this week because she finds it so very hard to survive in there so she came out with a plan to leave the rehab once and for all:

Lohan’s rouse was almost pulled off if it wasn’t for her accomplice, another patient, whose clothing got caught on the fence.
“Lindsay and her co-conspirator were forced to give it up and flag down a volunteer, who was crossing the center’s grounds on a golf cart,” a source, with knowlegde of the situation, told RadarOnline.com.
“The pair was safely returned, decaffeinated, to their hall, were they were the center of a process meeting over what they had done.”

Lindsay Lohan Is Insane

It turns out that Lindsay Lohan may have some serious mental problem, as one of her longtime associate said in the Chicago Sun Times, that Lindsay might have multiple personality dissorder, this being one of the reason why she finds it so hard to resist her cocaine and alcohol addictions:

A longtime Lindsay Lohan associate says she thinks the actress may have multiple personality disorder — perhaps one reason she continues to have trouble keeping her addictions in check.

“Some of us had wondered if Lindsay was bipolar, given her mood swings, but I’m thinking it’s more than that,” said the source, who claims LiLo has on occasion called herself “Diane” or “Margot.”

According to the insider, Lohan has explained the odd behavior as her way of “getting into and out of character” as an actress — “pretending to be other people.”

Supposedly, friends have urged Lohan to seek professional counseling for this issue, but to no avail.

Oh goodies i was beginning to think that Lindsay Lohan might indeed be a self-destructive addict, but i was wrong, she’s just insane. Way better right?

Lindsay Lohan Back To Jail

As expected Lindsay Lohan couldn’t stay clean for too long, so now that she failed two drug tests again – one for cocaine and one for methamphetamines, she was called in court again, only to find herself forced to remain behind bars until about October 22, TMZ reports:

It’s shocking because the underlying offense is a misdemeanor, and people connected with the case were telling us the judge had to offer Lindsay bail.

As for Lindsay’s reaction … she was shocked when the judge remanded her into custody. Lindsay looked at her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holly, before being taken out of the courtroom.

If I remember right Paris Hilton used to be one of Lindsay Lohan best friends, but that was ages ago, back when Lindsay Lohan was not such a train-wreck, these days however Paris can’t stand Lindsay anymore and she’s trashing Lindsay Lohan whenever she gets the chance. Same happened a few weeks ago when both Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan ended up at Passion’s star Adrian Bellani’s birthday party, and Paris didn’t passed the chance to remember Lindsay that she’s a druggie girl. You might be a bit off on what I am trying to say here: Britney Spears has a coke addiction, but this is about the Coca Cola drink, witch seems Britney Spears is enjoying so much lately, rather then the white powder you’re probably thinking right now. Because she run out of money and no one would even consider hire her, Lindsay Lohan got a new job, as a milkshake girl. I wonder if they really let Lindsay Lohan prepare the entire milkshake on her own, as I’m sure her main ingredients would be alcohol and cocaine, hopefully no one would ever end up tasting that but her.

Lindsay Lohan Drug Addiction Can Be Cured... Like This

Everybody knows what a crackhead Lindsay Lohan is, and although her friends tried to help her in many ways, it’s just not working. However hopes are not lost, as there is one doctor who didn’t give up hopes on Lindsay, the one and only Dr. Drew Pinky. Here’s her solution:

“If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested,” prescribed Dr. Drew. “I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail. I would then go to the judge and make sure she was ordered to a minimum of a three year sobriety program.”
